The Istitute of Pesantren Mathaliul Falah (IPMAFA) Pati is one of the best universities in Central Java Indonesia. Ipmafa, which officially is located in Jalan Pati-Tayu KM 20 Purworejo Margoyoso Pati, is very famous for its pesantren values-based education system. 1. Luxury Campus
Ipmafa campus is famous for its 'luxury'. It is repeatedly stated by the Rector of Ipmafa, Abdul Ghaffarrozin in several open forums that although Ipmafa is located in the inland area of village, it is a very luxurious campus. But shhh, don't get wrong with such statement. His statement of luxury means that the campus Ipmafa is located near farm which is accroding to Jawa language translated as "MEPET SAWAH (Mewah)", and mewah means luxury. Yes, Ipmafa which is surrounded by rice fields makes this campus beautiful and far from the noise of the city, so it is quite conducive as a place to study.

2. Mahad Jamiah Ipmafa
The Ipmafa also provides facility of student dormitory called Mahad Jamiah Ipmafa located directly behind the campus. Mahad is intended for students who come far away to study in Ipmafa and want to live close to the place of study. During their stay at Mahad, students are provided with more intensive acitivities regarding religious lesson and values. The existence of Mahad becomes Ipmafa's icon in instilling pesantren values for students.

3. Saud Sultan Mosque
Ipmafa Mosque named Saud Sultan Mosque which is not far from the location of Mahad Jamiah. Besides being used for daily congregational prayers, it is also used for other religious activities such as memorizing the Al-Quran, recitation activity of the yellow books (known as kitab kuning), and other religious meeting as to complement the spiritual atmosphere of Ipmafa campus which always instills pesantren values.

4. Pesantren Values
The slogan "Pesantren" is strongly associated to the Ipmafa campus which emphasizes that students at Ipmafa are not only intellectually smart but also have religious personalities so that the graduate students will be able to actively take part and can be accepted in the wider community. This is what makes Ipmafa have more value because Ipmafa students will automatically become a santri (student of pesantren) who is equipped with a pesantren education and the understanding of ahlussunah wal jamaah.
The values of pesantren in IPMAFA's are summarized by the term NDSA (Salih Akram's Basic Values) which consists of 9 (nine) values + 1 (nine plus one). The 9+1 characters consist of Al-Khirs (curious), Amanah (honesty), Tawadldlu' (humble), Istiqamah (discipline), Uswah Hasanah (role model), Zuhud (not material-oriented), Kifah Mudawamah (Struggle) , I'timad ala al-Nafs (independence), and Tawashshuth (Moderate). Then finally it is equipped with an all-encompassing value, namely Al-Barakah which means increasing goodness.

6. Mafamart
Ipmafa is not only an advanced educational institution in improving the quality of its student and human resources, but also has a business entity to support it from an economic perspective. One of the campus-owned enterprises is the Mafamart minimarket which is located on the west side of the campus. Mafamart is the result of a collaboration with Indomart whose management is carried out by sharing. Like minimarts in general, Mafamart is complete enough to meet not only the needs of Ipmafa students but also the surrounding community and villagers.

7. Studio Broadcasting
This studio broadcasting is to broadcast campus activities that often hold various events such as religious studies, talk shows, podcasts, online dialogues, campus reports, etc. These events can be enjoyed through IPMAFA TV channels on Youtube and social media Facebook. This broadcasting studio is also a practicum place for students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program (KPI) who study digital broadcasting in their classes.
8. Flexible Payment
Well, this is not about buildings, but it is about Ipmafa's educational services which are very helpful for students and parents who educate their family at Ipmafa. The reason is that tuition fee in Ipmafa can be paid in installments according to campus regulations. That is to take into account the economic conditions of the clients. The joyful canteen is an eating place behind the campus which is quite crowded with students of Ipmafa. It offers a wide variety of traditional food and drinks such as vegetable, soup, fried food, etc. Its very comfortable place as the canteen is not only used to quench thirst and hunger but is often used for student discussions and meeting to discuss important things relevant to students such as organization, lecture discussions, art performances, etc. As a result, this canteen is indeed quite lively. This means that although Ipmafa campus is located in a village and far from the city, this campus does not lag behind the development of other modern campuses out there. 11. Student organizations and activities
For you who are active in organizations or extra activities to hone your talents and interests, it is guaranteed that you just have to choose what field you like. Because at Ipmafa there are many choices to develop your talents and interests. There is a student organization that previously named BEM became Dema. There is HMPS as a representation of the student body at the Study Program level. There is more exciting body of student organizations namely the Student Activity Unit (UKM) such as UKM JQH that focuses on religious activities such as reading the Koran, recitation, calligraphy, etc. There is UKM Gemawi or the Entrepreneurial Student Movement which is active in entrepreneurial activities. There is also a UKM Theater Suryopati which is active in the field of drama and performance arts. Then UKM Sports for those who have hobbies of various types of sports. 12. LPPM, Study Center dan Language Center
Then, this is a bit serious... LPPM is an Institute for Research and Community Service. Meanwhile, the Study Center is a special body in the campus appointed by the Rector to conduct certain research and studies so as to produce an intellectual work as well as a scientific icon of the Ipmafa campus. Besides, there is a Center for Social Fiqh Studies which examines the richness of the concept of social fiqh by Kiai Sahal Mahdudz. And there is the Peace Promotion Study Center which has a mission to spread the values of peace in the world.
Then, this is a bit serious... LPPM is an Institute for Research and Community Service. Meanwhile, the Study Center is a special body in the campus appointed by the Rector to conduct certain research and studies so as to produce an intellectual work as well as a scientific icon of the Ipmafa campus. Besides, there is a Center for Social Fiqh Studies which examines the richness of the concept of social fiqh by Kiai Sahal Mahdudz. And there is the Peace Promotion Study Center which has a mission to spread the values of peace in the world.

In addition to the study center, there is a Language Center (Pushami), a special institution that works on improving students' language skills, both Arabic and English. Pushami is also equipped with a modern language lab and regularly organizes foreign language training for students.
Hmm... last thing to say is that you will enjoy these all situations if you really become a student of Ipmafa. This situation, for sure, will change quickly as the development of Ipmafa in recent years has been quite rapid.
